Holger Machens passes doctoral examination

Holger Machens On April, 1st 2015 Holger Machens successfully passed his final doctoral examination . The dissertation "Cloned Transactions: A new Execution Concept for Transactional Memory" deals with thread level speculation, presenting and evaluating dynamic parallelization techniques trying to achieve a speedup on mulicore processors. The reviewers Professor Schupp and Professor Turau and all members of the Institute of Telematics congratulate Dr. Machens and wish him all the best for the future.
